SeparatIon Stage
The oil separator unit operates on the principle of gravity. The liquid surface is drawn in by a self-regulating suction unit, namely an inclined scraper. The liquid is conveyed to the oil separator by an electric diaphragm pump. No oil droplets are broken down in the pump chamber. In the oil separator, the oil is separated from the aqueous liquid very quickly. The oil flows into a collection tank, and the cleaned liquid returns to the machine tank. In this way, unwanted oils from process fluids such as cooling lubricants, degreasing baths, and other unwanted oilcontaining liquids are effectively separated by the oil separator.
Suction Float
Flio’s specially designed suction float stays on the water surface, helping to draw in contaminants. The buoyancy of the water and the suction inlet easily draw surface-accumulated contaminants into the tank.
