Centralized filtration systems enable the precise filtration of contaminated coolants from multiple CNC and machining centers by collecting them at a single point, thus guaranteeing process continuity.

Contaminated coolant from the machines on the production line is drawn into a central system via gravity or transfer pumps. The fluid is cleaned of chips, particles, and waste oil according to the selected filtration technology and then fed back to the machines. This cycle is performed automatically without the need for human intervention. Our systems are used for conveying all types of metal shavings, regardless of shape or type, provided their length is less than 2 cm, and for liquid filtration with a sensitivity range of 150-250 μm, depending on the required operational precision.
