Paper Filtration Units-CleanMac Paper

This is an emulsion filtration system that removes magnetic and non-magnetic particles from complete and emulsified oils using filter paper. The filtration degree varies between 10 and 50 microns depending on the choice of fabric used, providing a very high degree of purification.

Products

  • Coolant contaminated with pollutants is conveyed to the chute and distributed over the filter fabric; this fabric traps the pollutant particles and allows clean fluid to flow out.
  • The fabric continues this process until it becomes clogged over time by accumulating contaminant particles; at the clogging point, the liquid can no longer pass through the filter fabric, so it rises upwards, lifting the float and activating a microswitch (or a probe system) that controls the conveyor's progress and thus the replacement of the consumed fabric with new fabric.
  • The used fabric is collected in a special tank located at the base of the purification device, while the filtered liquid passes through an electric pump to the tank below and is sent back to the machine tool.
