Hepa Filter Technology

It features multi-layered high-efficiency HEPA filter technology with
99.97% filtration efficiency. Even the mallest oil mist particles and
micro-aerosols are captured before they spread into the nvironment.
The filter material has successfully passed compatibility tests with
emulsions and various coolants on the market.

Patented Rotor Assembly 

The contaminated air is drawn into the lower front chamber of the
device, where the centrifugal acceleration enerated by the turbine
brings together the atomized oil particles and condenses them back
into liquid form. The condensed liquid oil is recovered back into the
machine via a special drainage line, ensuring a zero-waste cycle.

Plug and Play System

With its compact design suitable for direct benchtop mounting, it
can be installed on any machine tool in inutes. Filters, accessible from
the inside via an opening cover, can be quickly changed or cleaned,
minimizing owntime. With horizontal and vertical entry options, it can
be easily adapted to different machine configurations.
