PP Filter Technology

Thanks to its multi-layer filter technology, it boasts a 99% filtration
efficiency. Oil vapor particles and microaerosols are captured before they
are released into the environment. The condensed oil mist is discharged
as a liquid into the workbench. The filter material has successfully passed
compatibility tests with commercially available emulsions and various
coolants.

Patented Rotor Assembly

The contaminated air is drawn into the lower front chamber of the device,
where the centrifugal acceleration enerated by the turbine brings together
the atomized oil particles and condenses them back into liquid form.
The condensed liquid oil is recovered back into the machine via a special
drainage line, ensuring a zero-waste cycle.

Plug and Play System

With its compact design suitable for direct benchtop mounting, it can be
installed on any machine tool in inutes. Filters, accessible from the inside via
an opening cover, can be quickly changed or cleaned, minimizing owntime.
With horizontal and vertical entry options, it can be easily adapted to
different machine configurations.
